The Acer is different from the competition to be one of the lightest (about 1kg) and thinnest on the market (25.4 mm). Although it is unknown when the hardware platform on which it is based, the ACER Aspire One D257 mini-notebook promises 8 hours of battery life.

As for the software component installs a dual operating system in dual-boot: Android and Windows 7 Starter. The first OS to be used for quick access to common applications (browser, mail, photo gallery, etc), while the second will be the main OS. The display has a size of 10.1-inch LED Backlit with integrated webcam. (AS09C31 batteries)

The Acer Aspire One D257 connection uses a WiFi 802.11b/g/n Bluetooth module, while the keyboard is standard to 93% with larger keys for a more comfortable typing. We have no information about price and availability.

    Yes , I know “You get what you pay for !” but c’mon. It has a small video ram for running Windows7 , maybe should have stuck with Vista ? It’s very slow when browsing . The resolution is kinda poor that many web pages can’t fit on the screen and can’t be adjusted to fit .
    It’s not terrible but I wish I would have just stepped up to a new laptop instead for not alot more money .
    It may be the web browsers too . Windows IE always sucks . Google Chrome is nice but crashes often as well . FaceBook can be a pain in the butt on this system .
    Maybe it’s just me , I seem to hate all computers at times !
